SCDP Central Committee Meeting 9/4/25 6:00 PM

  • Meeting called to order 6:05 pm by Molly Mulcahy
  • The Pledge of Allegiance was spoken
  • Introductions were made for all new attendees
  • A review was made of the previous meeting minutes. Bobbi Wade made a motion to approve the minutes, Bettina Sparrowe seconded, unanimous approval, motion passes.

Bobbi Wade Presents the Treasurer’s Report

  • Previous Checking Account Balance: $849.10
  • Receipts:
    • 8.19.2025 – $115.00 cash donations
    • 8.21.2025 – $1,020.00 Picnic Social donation
    • Total Receipts: ($1,135.00)
  • Expenditures: Vista Print, stickers, $317.81
  • End Checking Balance: $1,666.29
  • Previous Cash Position as of 8.15.2025: $531.29
  • TOTAL RECEIPTS: ($1,135.00)
  • Cash Position as of 9.4.2025: $1,666.29
  • Dave Racich made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report, Trisha Scott seconded, unanimous approval, motion passes.

End Treasurer’s Report


  • Communications Policy was reviewed. The document was renamed to “Social Media Policy.” The policy is not applicable to individuals, only to those speaking on behalf of the SCDP.
    • A permission clause for photo use was requested for the document.
    • Final vote for policy was tabled until changes can be made.
  • Bettina Sparrowe and Kent Van as precinct representatives made a request to join the Wyoming Democratic Party’s Slack channel. Greg Haas will need to be contacted for instructions to join.
  • Precinct questions and answers were given, and Molly Mulcahy gave a review for the previous June event “Precinct Person Training.”
  • Dates were decided for upcoming meetings and events in the next six months. They are as follows:
    • Think Tank “Undetermined” for October 21st, Central Committee Meeting & Strategic Planning for November 15th (cancelled), Central Committee Meeting (reschedule) & Think Tank Planning for December 9th, Gala/Fundraiser for January 10th, Think Tank “Elections, Voting, Civics” for February 12th.
  • The October Think Tank topic. It was previously discussed having a Planning and Zoning Think Tank, but that idea was no longer considered. Public Lands were deemed a priority, and it was decided to have that as the Think Tank topic.
    • Bobbi Wade and Trisha Scott have contacts at the Wyoming Wilderness Association, Better Wyoming, the Wyoming Outdoor Council, and Wyoming Game and Fish Service. Speakers from those organizations will be needed.
  • Public Lands day is 9/27. There will be a rally for anyone interested in attending.
  • Bobbi Wade makes a motion to adjourn, Trisha Scott seconds, unanimous approval, meeting is adjourned. – 8:03 pm 9/4/25
