7:05 p.m. – Nominations for County Chair (from current County Central Committee, Bobbi Wade)

7:10: p.m. – Election by the County Central Committee of the County Chair.

7:15 p.m. – Meeting adjourn.

Meeting Agenda for Appointment of Central Committee members and officer election:

7:15 p.m. – Call to Order by the County Chair

7:15-7:20 – Appointment of Precinct Committee persons to the County Central Committee by the County Chair.

7:20 – 7:30 – Nominations open for Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer

7:30 – Election by the County Central Committee of the Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer

7:35 – Report on the March 8 gathering – Bobbi Wade

7:40 – New Business

Discussion on finances, and management of same.
Discussion on social media platforms, email, and text communications
Discussion on sub-committees for Communications, Events, and Platform (members were appointed to the Platform committee at the 2024 County Caucus)
Discussion for planning and hosting information Events throughout the year that will be open to anyone to attend.
Discussion on recruitment of new people to participate in SC Democrat activities
Any other topic that is brought to the meeting.

Sublette Democratic Party Reorganization Meeting 3/27/25 7:00 PM
● Bobbi Wade, acting Chair, called to order.
● A nomination for Molly Mulcahy as Chair was put forward by Bobbi Wade.
● No further nominations for Chair.
● Molly Mulcahy is confirmed as Chair.
● Meeting adjourned.

Sublette Democratic Central Committee Meeting 3/27/25 7:05 PM
● Molly Mulcahy, Chair, called to order.
● Bobbi Wade 1-1 elected female precinct representative, Dave Racich is nominated as 1-1 male precinct representative, Bettina Sparrowe and Rollin Sparrowe are nominated as 4-2 female and male precinct representatives, Paige Phillips is nominated as 2-1 female precinct representative.
● Boulder, 1-3 Pinedale, Upper Green (Cora), Bondurant 5-1 are all still missing precinct people. No further nominations for other precinct representatives were made.
● Nominations for precinct people were confirmed. Bobbi Wade put the motion forward,
seconded by Molly Mulcahy. Dave Racich, Bettina Sparrowe, Rollin Sparrowe, and Paige Phillips are now interim precinct people.
● Executive Committee: Paige Phillips for Secretary (seconded, confirmed), Bobbi Wade for Treasurer (seconded, confirmed), Trisha Scott, (not attending, proxy seconded and
confirmed) for Vice Chair.

Bobbi Wade gives Treasurer’s Report
● The party became inactive in 2021 due to being unable to elect Central Committee members. The checking account was closed, and $994.55 was sent to the Wyoming Democratic Party to hold for the Sublette Democratic Party Central Committee.
● A post card was mailed to every registered Democrat and previously registered Democrat(pre-2020) for the “Coffee and Conversation” meeting. The total was slightly over
$185.84 paid by the WDP on behalf of the SCDP, with funds in our held account.

● $900 in both anonymous donations and one check were raised from the “Coffee and Conversation”; $1,435.71 in the SCDP budget, still held by the WDP.
● Bobbi Wade requests permission from the Chair to withdraw the county budget from the WDP and have a checking account again.
● A motion made by Molly Mulcahy to open a checking account, seconded by Bettina Sparrowe. Motion approved.

● No old business to address.
● Notice was given for the April 14th, 2025 town hall meeting with Schmid and Pearson.
● The Democrats would like a representative of the party with well worded questions.
● Bobbi Wade wants a way to submit questions to whoever becomes our representative for the Town Hall. She nominates Molly Mulcahy as the representative.
● The sign in sheet for this meeting had everyone’s email address; we will be in contact to get action planned, especially regarding questions for the Town Hall.
● An Event Committee was put forward first, if an event is wanted in April.
● A Communication Committee was put forward: to handle mail, emails, social media, and to get people involved and recruited.
● A Chair is still needed for the Event Committee. An assumption was made that Bettina Sparrowe be made the Chair of that committee (no formal nomination).
● A Communications Committee Chair is still needed. Paige Phillips was nominated for Chair, seconded and confirmed. Ellen Skinner volunteered, Bobbi Wade volunteered, and Molly Mulcahy volunteered for the Communications Committee.
● Cyndi Van and Dana Tully volunteered for the Events Committee.
● The Communications Committee and Events Committee are officially formed.
● A Platform Committee already exists and comprises Dave Racich, Linda Baker, and
Bobbi Wade. No chair.
● There being no further business a motion was made by Molly Mulcahy to adjourn, seconded by Paige Phillips. Motion passed, meeting adjourned – 3/27/25 9:00 PM
